I have always been pleased with AIHA’s CareerAdvantage website.  CareerAdvantage is the best tool I’m aware of for finding Industrial Hygiene job leads.  I did not have any CareerAdvantage Development Fair interviews arranged prior to AIHce, but I submitted my resume to onsite employers.  Prospective employers were responsive, leading to two interviews.  The interview facilities are outstanding, allowing for private interaction between employers and prospective employees.  The interviews led to follow-up interaction, demonstrating employer’s sincere desire to find qualified candidates.
